ran the green course at Huntington S.P. ....knee was ok.....but just out of shape to move very fast.....messed up No. 2 hit the top of cliff dead on but never saw ran all around.....and then found it tucked into rocks....yuk.....the rest were ok ... but I took my time ...just didn't want to mess up the knee....nice day in the woods.....

Wanted to get some more work in ....went back out and jogged the yellow course.....it was hard to see some of the small trails....easy nav... leg dead by the last two controls ....out of shape and it was good to get a little more work in ....now to see how bad the legs will be in the morn. ..... the trick seems to be working hard two or three days in a row.....

ran the Narrow Lane loop.....knee felt ok today ....heel sore most of the run....felt better at the end and when I was done.....but it was a lot better then Thur. ....

played Golf ....one of our group got a hole in one.....and we got the free drinks that go with it.....real cool.....went for a bike ride after....left heel was sore this morning ....

Felt good today ...so thought I might add a little milage to the run.....did the Peck Lane loop ...which is the longest run since the knee went.....all went well ...the lower left leg was a little tight but not sore and did not hold me up..... feel good after the run ....it was nice to be out on such a nice fall day and have the it feel like a real run.....now hope this is the first step in getting back in shape....

Ran Brown x......knees real good again.....small goof on # 1 went to high to the west ....and over ran the # 8 thought the creek would have been deeper .....the rest was ok ....could have done better with the routes.... but I was very happy with the run.....knee were no issue ...just not in great shape....but this whole weekend was a great step forward.....

after my race wanted to get some more work in .....so I ran the Orange Rec. course.....it went well no issues .....but my compass broke and I fell and stung my rt. knee ..... but after a few yds of walking felt ok.....a little sore after the run....but I got some good work in.....It was great to be out in the woods and to be able to run again .....you miss all this when you are not able to run around .....So all in all it was a great weekend.....now to try and get back in shape....
