On road bike because MTB needs replacement forks :-( . R calf recovered enough to have a decent ride, but avoid cleats so that I've got scope to move foot to reduce leverage on calf. Puncture-free execution of the loop that I'd planned to do last Friday, much faster on Giant so do extra section on Fermi Avenue. TRIMP 141.

Continued rehabilitation. Cautious start, then feel good so increase pace a bit: 4:30 - 5:00 / km so never fast, similar pace to 4km on Thursday. Felt OK immediately afterwards, just aches from getting used to running again, but by mid-afternoon right calf was very sore. Couldn't walk normally, had to heel-strike going down stairs, ouch ouch ouch. TRIMP 63.
