Physio prescribes stretching, massage and calf raises, i.e. just ordinary recuperation. No running until I can do 50 (two-legged) calf raises without it hurting, but gentle cycling should be OK. So probably OK for WMOC, but it could have to be M50S at BOC as by then I'll have had about two months with no running.

Very steady and trying not to get too far from home, leaving bail-out options. Left calf OK to start with but started hurting approaching East Hanney after 1h25m (furthest point, of course), so gently home. Quads tired afterwards, unaccustomed exercise. TRIMP 113.
