Lumsdale, Upper Lumsdale, Ravensnest, Tansley Knoll
easy and short (by Monday standards), had to wait for Andy J at the end of all the climbs, felt tired this morning but not so bad overall

BOC Relays, Men's Short, 2nd Leg
tidy run, felt okay, was sent off in 5th and came home in 2nd (I think), but other teams had their weakest runner on the middle leg, Dave Vincent was overtaken, possibly without realising, and we finished in 5th overall

good run, not great, physically demanding and I wasn't up to the challenge, consequently my orienteering was also laboured (hesitant and indecisive), but this is what it's about

better version of straight route on #7 would have been to head for the small tarn and take the path there (didn't say any climb going around the fence)

9th, 7mins behind 8th (Ifor), 19mins behind winner James Logue

Garmin estimates 320m climb, reckon it was closer to 400

Bretton West, a couple more anomalies, map highly misleading along the bank Bretton Brook, I guess this was never used in an event (being the border of the competition area)
