Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Warm up and drillllsssss!!!

Running 21:55 [4] 4.58 km (4:47 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Road-X 238

Sams Running

Wore my new shoes (yay) which felt really nice and gentle on my feet, much better than my 3yr old New Balance ones.

Ran to the telephone box up the long way and did a initial lap to get numbers for when to go off on the next ones, fastest last.

Did 5, 750m loops on hills up and down. Felt pretty good, quite a easy session really. Averaging about 3.15 mins for each at about 75%-85% intensity, deteriorated towards the end but my form was better than normal considering the bit of illness I've been feeling.

Running 15:00 [3]

1/2 min recovery after every lap and this is also the running there and back

Stretching 10:00 [1]

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Orienteering (Long) race 34:42 [4] 4.8 km (7:14 / km) +160m 6:12 / km
shoes: Inov-8 280

SROC Regional @ the greek hill

Felt pretty sick and horrible so just took it real slow and concentrated. Turned out okay apart from one minor miniscule mistake where I went to 11 before 10 I made none at all in the whole course :) The mistake was accually an aid as the control was easier to find and get to that way so it wasn't really a mistake at all I just saw it on the way.

Won short blue.

Did 4.8km on my Gps and 160m climb, meant to be 4.4 and 140m

Done route gadget : http://www.sroc.routegadget.co.uk/cgi-bin/reitti.c...

Got some new road trainers as well so thats pretty good as they feel loads better, these http://www.e-outdoor.co.uk/441965/products/inov8_r... from ambleside, feel so light and excellent for my thin feet.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Running 41:00 [3] 8.2 km (5:00 / km) +150m 4:35 / km
shoes: Walsh PB

Easy long recovery run from my house down roads to brigham across to broughton cross, greysouthern then back.

First time running over 4km on roads since about november but it felt okay, just took it steady for my feet.

Really need some new trainers, I don't know what to get mine really hurt so I wore my walshs but they still weren't great.

shoes: Inov-8 280

WCOC Night Event Whinlatter Forest

Was pretty fun, was in a pack for most of it which made me run faster although as I need to practice nav it wasn't the best thing for my training, but for speed over terrian it was really good.

Made a few small mistakes 4 and 5 me and heather (I caught her up at no.2)were looking for both of them a bit too high. The boundarys on 10 were badly mapped as the thicket had grown in size and density so the pack of about 7 were scrabbling in there for a bit, similar to 11.

Pretty nice course technically pretty difficult, but I was first woman :) and 8th in the league overall so I'm happy :) First woman there too, yay

It was meant to be 3.6 and 310m climb but my gamin says different so I'll go with that

Running 11:00 [2]
shoes: Inov-8 280
