Relay at Moor of Alvie
Went okay, started second to last on second leg so spent too much time trying to catch up to the pack and not reading the map properly, if it had been ident I would have probably mis-punched tbh. Got confused and went to multiple controls in the wrong order because of this again and my ankle began to hurt from yesterday in the rough ground, calf joining in too after trying to compensate for it. But once I lost the pack the orienteering side improved and I was happy with my performance, lessons learned though.

Really useful session, worked though about 9 exercises which even though initially it felt weird doing because I've never done real weights in my life such as this (3 and 6 kg weights although some exercises felt like you needed bigger). Although got into the swing of it and really enjoyed it, might try some more at home once I find some weights haha, never thought I'd say that.
