8 x 350m from parking to fence on windy trail. 1 min rest in between each.
First leg- 2:18
Second leg- 2:24
8th leg- 2:20
In between only had 1 leg that was faster than my original (2:14, 6th leg I think). Yes, I will start slower next time and not try to keep up with the guys.
Cool down run back to FR. Ouch.
