...So I quit that and went for a run.
P8 was a busy place this morning.

Best part of today was finding a great, illegal, slightly-sketchy swimming spot along Meech Lake rd. No way we were going to pay $12 to park so just moved some strategically placed logs aside, parked, ran across the road, over the guard-rail and jumped in. Aaaahhh!

RALF at Britannia Park. This was tough and a lot of fun!
Warm-up run to the park then 8 loops (from 2mins15-4mins each) working on attack points. 1 to 1.5mins rest in between.
In between each run had to draw route choice on a separate map/course then compare later. Apparently I was very tired in between running legs- I made some very interesting route choices!
Great exercise tonight. I don't know how you keep thinking up these new and interesting activities for us Francis! Thanks!
