Great conditions at Schneiders this morning. I could have stayed out there forever, but had to rush home to go sledding.

So one of the problems with Rockaway being a golf course is there is essentially nothing to block the wind. Today was one of those days where -11 was deceiving because the wind was soon bad. I only lasted 2 loops because I was so cold. Even a few hours later my hands were still tingling.

Pain in my left hip returned starting Friday overnight and been getting worse/constant. So we're backing off the running again.

5 times of 5 min with 2 min walking.

Pain in my hip started again Friday over night and has been getting a bit worse each day, so no running/skiing today.
