Slow at first because a lot of the trail was frozen and it was hard to see in the dark. Once the sun came up I tried to push it a bit more. Felt good to the end so was happy overall with this run.

Aubrey and I teamed up for the Stars urban adventure run. With a two hour time limit I really wasn't expecting to go the whole time. I figured that at about one hour Aubrey would have said she was done and we'd head back, but she was engaged the whole race. Near the end I had us run down the wrong road. In and adult team I would have just turned around, but I was worried with Aubrey this would be too much running so tried to keep going, but that was a mistake because it was all swampy and I realized we couldn't get through so now I'm panicking I'm going to ruin this kids race further. We ended up skirting the sample and I carried her through some knee deep water back to the road. We ended up being fine for time, but she thought this was great and couldn't stop taking about the trip through the Martian land.

It was just cold enough on the trails so that I could run along the top of the snow without punching through in most places. Only one icy area out in the open fields around Bingeman's.

Followed another GCN workout on the trainer. This one was good at pushing the heart rate up higher and holding it for 3-4 min each time.

Run to work and home. Didn't trust the ride on the roads now that I took the ice spikes off my bike.
