On the trainer in the basement. Did a GCN Power and Endurance workout. Felt like I was working pretty hard the whole time without blowing up. Basically 24 min at 151 heartrate the whole time.
Up running around Hockley. Went counter clockwise this time with the plan to run for about 4 hours. Made pretty good time to the top of 3 bitches without pushing too hard. However it started to get warmer and the trail became a big sloppy mess after this. Ended up reaching my time goal, but was a lot slower than expected. Basically I had to slowly make my way both downhill and up hill for the last 90 min as the trail was so slick.
