Longer intervals with only 2:30 min recovery inbetween.
First 2 were around 8:30 these two were with a headlamp and a lot of fog out there.
Last three were when the sun was up enough to see the ground. Each was just under 8 min.

Warm-up/cool-down and time inbetween intervals. Also includes some running form drills after the intervals.
Overall a good session. Last loop was pretty hard and I was feeling the climbs in the legs, which means it was good I did the last one.
