Started with a very fast loop with Bent and Goose. Refilled my water bottles and then headed out with WandaAR for a bit. The plan was to run into Bash and then run back with her to the parking lot. Was great to be able to do a long training run not by myself this time.
Started with 5 hill climbs and sprint pace.
Followed by 20 jump squats jumping onto the picnic table
5 repeats of 2:30 at a moderate pace going every 4 min.
