Running 3:29:48 [3]

Ran the Hockey loop and then went out and did the first side trail loop for some extra. Pretty spent after this. I ran with my Alvarado pack and gear and used poles for the bigger climbs getting ready for Italy. I really pushed the 3 b1tch3s when I got there and was startled when I came over a hill and came across a coyote 20m in front of me.
