The goal was to get in a longer run before I had to take Aubrey to gymnastics. Out the door at 6 am and down the Lack er woods and back via the Grand River trail.

In Kansas City this week for work. Headed out for a run this morning and found the bike path along a river. A nice fall run, but warmer then home (could still run in shorts and a t-shirt).
