Up early and out on the road before it got to hot. Ended up being soaked by the time I got home due to the fog in the countryside. Stopped at City Cafe on the way home and picked up fresh bagels and scones. Yum.

Noon hour ride by myself. Had no meetings this afternoon so went for a bit longer ride. Also tried to push the pace throughout. The effort plus the heat meant by the time I was done I was spent.

Good ride though.

Ran down to Bingeman's and back before K-Way had to leave for Toronto early in the morning. Once I hit the trails I did 2 min hard effort, 2 min easy run until I was back at the corner of Guelph st and Lancaster. Then cool down home.
