Ran down to Kolb park and back.
I'm definitely starting to feel stronger on these runs. I was running up Chicopee last night to pick up flags and felt I could actually run the ski hill last night.
That said my legs were definitely still tired this morning from Sunday's run, but I have to keep reminding myself this is expected and as long as I don't risk injury I just have to keep pushing it.
