Ran al8ng the Grand Trail from my house to Chicopee and back, also included a loop through Lackner. I forgot how much single track there is after you get down to Lackner. Not very hilly, but nice trails to run.
Tried something a bit different this morning for a hill workout on the treadmill. After my warm up I set the incline to 15% and then only varied the speed from 3.5 to 5.0. Did 4 times 4 min at 4.7-5.0 and some fast walking in between. Also through in a 6 min interval at 11% (4min @ 5.0 and 2 min @ 5.5). I probably could have pushed a little harder during this, but the last 4 min interval hurt a fair bit.
