Second night lap. Backed off the intensity a bit because I was only going to get a 1 rider break after this and then have to do another.

The sun was up for this lap so the flow in the single track was better. Lap #5 so I was starting to feel a bit tired by now.

Really pushed on my last lap. We were trying to get as much time to our last rider as possible so he could finish his last lap. Was happy to put in a sub 1-hour lap for lap #6.
Went out a bit too hard on my first lap considering I have done minimal biking/mountain biking this year. Was a little cooked at the end.

Second lap I eased into the lap a bit more and felt a lot better at the end. Time was only slightly slower which means on the first lap I must a have slowed a lot on the back half.
