In Ithaca to cheer mommy on for her first (and probably only 50 miler). Once we got the monkey down for a nap I headed out and ran part of the course. After running this race last year I was still in amazement at how beautiful this course is with the waterfalls and climbing. Had to amend my planned router so that I would be back in time for Aubrey to wake up.

Tonight's exercise for ARK-Attack was relocation, which meant I led a gang of 15 kids around Chicopee ski hill and ever once in a while I stopped and made them do burpees. Of course I decided we should run up/down the ski hill a number of times during the session.

Ran up to Bechtel park and then did 2 loops of the park with all the hills included that I could find. Ran along the Grand River trail home.
