This ended up being longer than originally planned, but I'm not complaining. Normal park loop in Breithupt and Bechtel, but I threw an extra loop in both parks. Then down to Bingeman's and back as the sun came up. This morning was way better than last night and perfect fall conditions. Nice and cool, but no rain.

A really felt like a runner tonight with a cold rainy run after work. It was raining when I started and still going when I finished and I was definitely cold.

Running around with ARK Attack. Including hill repeats, core on the go and some loops of the endurance run. For a workout that we made up on the fly it worked really well.
