Good run along the trail to Kolb park and home. Wasn't feeling this run at the beginning, but kept at it and after about 30 min I started to feel in the flow. My time on this run is probably fastest I've ever done it.

Officially injured now. I can't play anymore until I figure out what's wrong with my wrist. Tried to play tonight, but the pain was a little much and had to stop at half time.

A lot of running around in the woods with 2 hours of nav instruction for both groups. The ARK attach is really getting the navigation. Really disappointed I can't make it out to Nationals at all this weekend to cheer them on. I suspect a few will have some really good races.
