This weekend was sort of a test to see how the body would hold up with some longer distance. With Cayagua only a month away I was starting to get nervous that I hadn't gotten in any long runs yet, but at the same time the feet haven't felt like they could handle that either. Motivation was really lacking today, the alarm went off at 5:30 and I just went back to bed as I was too tired to get up then.

Luckily I had told K-way of my plan so she kicked me out of the house this morning to get in the run. Once I was out there I was ok, although after the 4 hour mark (adding yesterday in as well) I was getting pretty sore. Glad I got this in after all and feel not too bad considering.
