A good fun day out in the snow with EJ. Lost time as we tried to ski wack to cp2, a few other small bobbles, but lots of fun.

Time limited today due to a family party. Grabbed my snowshoes early and went up to the park to plat in the snow.

Good session today, focused on upper body and core.

Only two people showed up for the class, so I got to request all my favourite drills.

Spent time with the Aubs this morning so had to move my run to lunch time. Decided since I was at work to use the tread mill to do hill repeats. 4 min at 8-9% incline.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [3]

Warm up/CD and 2 min recover inbetween intervals.

With what available time I had left after the TRX session.

Joined Harper, EJ and other friends for a spin at RIDE. Good group to ride with as I'm somwhere near middle/back of the pack so I'm always working hard to catch up.

The score is now 1-1 between Eddie and myself.

Run was cut a bit short as I had to shovel the driveway first. This is the coldest I've run in this year. Felt great to be out in the morning.
