My back is starting to feel a bit better so I decided to test it out a bit with a short ride on a stationary bike. No pain during, but we'll have to see how it feels after an hour.

Follow-ed it up with my Tuesday TRX class, but didn't do any core specific items. Again no pain, but the muscles in my back are definitely sore.
