I seem to have hurt my back somehow. This was probably not such a good idea given it took me 10 minutes to loosen up.

So I didn't plan this so well.

Currently in LA for a few days for work. I only brough a pair of shorts and t-shirt to run outside. At 5:30 when I was ready to go I checked the weather to see that it was only 39F outside, which if I understand my math correctly is 4C. That's a bit cold for me. So headed downstairs to the gym to make do with a workout.

30 min on an elliptical was about all I could handle.
6 AM

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Followed by 45 min on the recumbent bike.
