O-training with Stars. Mick set up a series of exercises where you did 2-3 controls at a very fast pace. I am not good at this as I can't read quick enough to keep up with the Duca's.
Tuesday night Trails. Good run tonight. Including at least 3 sections where someone took off and I tried to get hand on their back. Once up hill and 2 nice twisty downhill sections.
