Paddled the Grand River from Conostog down to the Old King Rd bridge. This was a really nice paddle. I worked on keeping the cadence high for the whole time. Ended up with some very nice burned shoulders afterwards.

This was one of those days where I woke up and just didn't have the motivation to workout today. I'm really trying to make myself still go out. Today I decided to turn the planned road ride into a trail ride at the Hydro Cut in hopes that the fun factor would give me some extra motivation. Rode to the trails and did one full loop of everything, then a second loop of the Glasgow side, finished it off with a ride home on the road.

Pace was very quick tonight. We got lost a number of times, but in the end we added some extra Black Bra to keep it real.
