Adventure Racing race 6:15:00 [4]

A fun race with Bender. Started with an aweful paddle, but the rest of the day was a lot of fun. I was a bit worried about racing with Chris knowing the speed he can go at, but it wasn't too bad. On foot he definitly pushed me and the pace. A great day outside and really nice too see so many friends.

I wanted a low impact workout because my hip had some lingering soreness this morning. Jumped on the stair climber and climbed for 60 min.
