Thomass Caledon

A very good course set by Pete. I love the winter Thomass races once the snow falls because they are such a suffer fest running through the snow. With the mild temps the open areas were pure pain. Had a bit of trouble with F, but otherwise felt really good on the map the whole time.

Icebreaker training run. Felt good on the map, but the legs were a bit sluggish.

I was surptrised how tough this was. Put it on a fast speed and and just climbed for 20 min

Finished with time on the rowing machine.

Ran along the Grand (south route) before work.

Speed work followed by hills. 15s up to 2 min in 15s increments and back down, with 15s reset. Followed by 3 x 5 min hill climbs.
