Legs are feeling very stiff today from the last 3 days. Decided to skip the weights for today. Added some more time on the rowing machine instead, but 40 min is about the max I can handle.

Out with EJ running the 2009raid the rib course again. A really nice afternoon to be out blowing snow and we saw almost no one.
