Orienteering race 1:40:00 [3]

Interesting concept by TOC for a score O. I just tried to keep the pace steady as I knew I was a bit tired from the day before. Was able to clear both courses, the nav really felt on today.

Other (Ascending) 20:00 [1]

Afterwards spent some time at Rattlesnake with Tom and some of his friends and learned how to ascend. Pretty tough on the arms, but I think I was getting the hang of it.

Adventure Racing race 4:41:00 [4]

ESAR with Little Dick and Tom. Overall we had a really good race. Kept a high pace the whole time. Treking from 6 to 7 probably was slower then other teams, but I'm not sure there was much we could have done about this as we followed our baring. I think there were just some pockets are really knarly woods in there and we hit most of them. I was glad to see I could keep up with Tom on all the bike legs and while my running slowed on the last section I was still running with a little help from Little Dick.

Great fun to go up with Little Dick and the Muffin and the hospitality they showed me Friday night/Saturday morning was really nice.

Strength 1:00:00 [1]

People were occupying the rowing machines this morning, so had to change it up and do an upper body weight workout.

Other (Ball Hockey) 1:45:00 [3]

Cycling 2:15:00 [3]

Out with some co-workers at the hydro cut. Also includes the time to ride out to the trails and home. Got home just as Kristen was finishing making the sushi rolls for dinner. Great timing or what?

Cycling tempo 1:20:00 [4]

Out with the WCC again for the Tuesday night ride. My legs were killing me from this morning (hamstrings particularly) so I was struggling through this. I was holding my own for a while right up until one group member said "Let's really push it to the next sign...". Which is when I was dropped. Tried to get back on for a bit, or at least stay in sight of the group since I didn't know how to get home.

Cycling 30:00 [3]

This covers the rest of the ride as I slowed down after I lost the group. Ended up getting lost on the way back into Waterloo, but figured it out eventually. Obviously, I was the last person back to the parking lot. Still a good night out riding.
