Out and back along the grand river trail system. Finally figured out where the trail goes through Bingemans. Legs/body very sore afterwards. I think I am getting a cold again.

Finally got out with the Waterloo Cycling Club for the Tuesday night ride. This was my first time riding in an echelon and it was definitely a bit nerve racking for a while. I got in with a group of about 10 guys and it was a good pace the whole way. The group really rode well together which was nice. Glad I finally got out.
