Cycling warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Orienteering race (MTB-O) 1:15:00 [5]

Rough time as I'm not sure of the actual seconds for each leg. Ended up racing in the CN MTB-O. Made a huge mistake at the beginning by blowing by #1 and doing 2 and 3 before I realized I had to back track and start over. On 19 I realized I'd missed my trail and once one further south, otherwise it went smoothly. Really felt good on the advanced loop as I was able to read ahead more then the first loop. Tried to not pre-plan too much as I wanted to see how hard it would be in a real MTB-O race.

Really fun time out there today. Bash put on a great event.

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

Out picking up controls with Leanimal. We planned our routes so that we got to ride as much single track as possible in Mansfield.

Cycling long 3:36:00 [3] 105.0 km (2:03 / km)

Nice long ride in the country outside Waterloo. I sort of had a route picked out, but once I was out there it was hard to remember all the street names. Ended up working our perfectly though, found a small diner/store at around 55 km so I could re-fill my bottles. Very nice day to be out.

Running 13:00 [3]

Run from the gym into work.

Note

Feet still pretty sore from Michigan, I can run for a bit, but after a while they start to get really sore.

Running 13:00 [3]

Run home from work. My feet are still really sore when running in the evening from swelling. Skipped intervals tonight as there was no way I could run more then the time it took me to get home.
