Headed out with eddie and tom in Hilton falls for some night time practice on last years Raid map. I'm pretty sure I did 5, 6, 7, 8 better in the dark then I did it in the race.
4 min on 2 min recovery x 6. Found a great loop to do intervals on. All forested with some really good climbing thrown in, it's like a smaller version of Palgrave.
