I joined a ball hockey league with work and tonight was our first night. Scored one goal which I figure was pretty good since I haven't played hockey since I was 16. Lots of running.
Headed out after work to ride the hydro cut. Time includes riding time from my house to the trails, a loop around all the trails and then the ride home. A very good night out and the trails were in great condition.

Joined the Waterloo Cycling Club tonight. Looks like starting in 2 weeks I'll be doing interval training with the club on Tuesday nights. Looking forward to it.
