Woke up this morning feeling a bit more limber. It's not hurting as much to stand up straight and sitting is almost normal now. Looks like I should be ok for my trip tomorrow.
At the gym this morning doing my weight routine. Just as I'm mid exercise (squats) I feel my back go pop. Legs gave out and down came the weight. Hurts to sit or walk right now.
Slept about 6 hours last night after some plumbing issues in the building kept us up listening to them run the snake throughout the pipes. It sounded like someone was in our bedroom with a jack hammer the whole time.
