Even though I wasn't really into this ride, it ended up being pretty good. The whole way north was into a head wind, so my time was pretty bad, but still nice to be out in the sun.

Headed out for a long run in preparation for the Adventure Sport Games. Headed up the Humber up to Eglington and back. Good run, I was able to run most of it on grass or gravel instead of the pavement. Also a few small hills which is better then just running along the flat waterfront.

And after the run I had to spend a fair bit of time stretching the legs so they'd be ready for tomorrow. Also followed this with a cold water soak.

Out for a morning ride along the lakeshore, almost made it to Ashbridges bay before I had to turn around because of time.

Out for a run before work. Good pace, although a little pain in my left knee cap.

Was there early enough to get in 2 laps.

Felt really good tonight and really pushed it, was up out of the saddle on any of the small little climbs. Ended up 3rd overall.
