3 laps at the Dirty Girls relay run. Good training runs, although this also showed that I need more hill work as my calves were on fire by the end of the race. Kudos to Dr. E who turned in 4 sub 50 min laps.
Very light run to loosen the legs from yesterday's weight session.

This was supposed to be the race at King, but halfway through the second lap I was feeling light headed and quite tired so decided to pack it in. Cruised the rest of the lap and went home.
Out for a light run before we headed of to watch the Jays play. All the bruises from my fall on Saturday were pretty sore with the impact on the pavement.
