Dukes Cycle Summer Epic 8 Hour

Consists of trying to run a number of different hills in the area, time on the hills ranged from some slower ones that take 1:30 to climb and a very steep one that only takes 30 s to climb. Guess this is one of the problems of living by the lakeshore, quite flat.

Time inbetween hills and cool down run home.

First two laps went really well, but by the third lap I was by myself so it was much harder to really push it.

Ride to work. Legs feeling tired this morning, took a fair bit of time before I felt smooth on the bike.
