Adventure Racing race 5:10:00 [4]

ARC Enduro up at Bracebridge. Another great course from Bob Miller. Started out well for the first 5 minutes, then missed the turn off for the snow mobile trail. Since we were leading (shocking) everyone else just followed up. Ended up turning back and getting on course again, had to catch a number of teams from there in the rest of the trek. The remaining trekking points were fine and we pulled out of the trek in first place with about a 3 minute lead. From there we were able to bike really well and apparently our lead was roughly 20 min at the end of the bike. Paddle was unexciting until we started to pull away from the portage and realized we'd dropped the SI unit. I had to run back to almost the start of the portage to pick it up (sitting on the ground in the middle of the road). Lucky for us no one was close so it didn't affect the race after all. Good push by NJ and EJ to make it two in a row for them.

Lots of fun.

Stretching 20:00 [1]

Good morning stretch instead of short run since my legs were really sore/tight.

Cycling warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Warm up before the race.

Cycling race 57:00 [5]

Felt really tired going into tonight so I wasn't sure what to expect. Had a good first and third lap. Second lap was definitely slower.

Cycling 3:00:00 [3] 80.0 km (2:15 / km)

Morning ride up to King Rd with Tyson. We travelled up Isslingtion then over to Weston Rd. Took Weston Rd home.

Running 1:30:00 [3]

Followed the ride with a run along the waterfront. Lots of great scenery to help pass the time. Poor Tyson had to slow down to my speed for the run.
