Stretching (Yoga for Flexibility) 30:00 [1]
My feet are still sore from the weekend, so I decided against running or cycling this morning. Legs aren't too sore, but still are tight. Decided to do the yoga video we have, which I have been slacking on for a few weeks.
What a beautiful morning, sun was just trying to peak through the clouds making for a very pleasant morning. This left me with a warm feeling in my heart which I feel will inspire me for the rest of the day. :)
