A few days of rest before the next two weeks which are going to be pretty big. Snowgaine and Navstravaganza coming up. 16 and 8 hours weekends should be really good for MIX.

Sprints 15-30-45-1m-1:15-1:30 and back down, w 15s off in between. Did this twice.

Cycling hills 20:00 [4]

Four hill climbs, 5 min each.

I ended up with an annoying blister on the back of my heel from the snowshoe raid, so instead of running tonight I was back at the gym on the cycling trainer. Rode a steading pace increasing the level every 10 minutes.
