A few days of rest before the next two weeks which are going to be pretty big. Snowgaine and Navstravaganza coming up. 16 and 8 hours weekends should be really good for MIX.
I ended up with an annoying blister on the back of my heel from the snowshoe raid, so instead of running tonight I was back at the gym on the cycling trainer. Rode a steading pace increasing the level every 10 minutes.
