After the RAID we headed up to North Bay to visit my friend Mike and his wife. They live right on Lake Nippissing so in the morning we headed out for a hike on the lake with our snowshoes, after the hike the rest of the morning was spent at the ice hut learning how to ice fish.

Orienteering race 3:00:00 [5]

Snowshoe RAID with Tyson. We decided right out from the start to skip number 19 because we thought there wasn't time for all of them. In the end we got all of them, but that one. Oh well, still a great day and lots of fun.

Intervals 15-30-45-100-115-130-115-100-45-30-15 w 15s off in between each. Times 2.

Cycling hills 20:00 [4]

4 hill climbs 3 min each, includes recovery. Forgot to set the alarm, so I had to cut the workout short a bit to get to work.
