Out running again as per Bill's recommendation. Slight bit better then last week, but still pretty sore. Sore enough that I don't think I ride today afterwards.

Road up Isslington to Major Mac, then up Weston road to Kelby Rd to Jane St and then home.

Ride done on the Mountain Bike. Tried out my new winter bike shoes. Toes were pretty toasty during the whole ride.
