Cycling warm up/down 30:00 [2]

Cycling race 2:30:00 [5]

Durham Durango. Great day for a race and noshnoj came out so we could race against each other. Started slow with the cold weather, and then just let the race come to me. Turns out I had passed noshnoj at some point on the first lap when he took a wrong turn (glad to see I wasn't the only one). He caught me on the second lap, but then had some chains woes so I put down the hammer to never see him again (well he was only 2 minutes behind me at the finish). A great day and a great day for racing.

Cycling 1:30:00 [3]

Went riding in Kelso with EJ, we tried to ride as much of the OCUP course as we could figure out. A bit wet which made it harder to ride some of the rocks/roots. This ended earlier after I rode through a wasp's nest and was stung 4 times. The good news is that the swelling was pretty localized to the areas of the stings so the shots I'm taking seem to be working. Still we didn't want to risk it so just an easy cruise home from there.

Orienteering 1:10:00 [2]

Running in Hilton Falls with a map. Went pretty well, but it was tough at time to know if the rock I was at was indeed the rock for the control without flags.
