Running long 1:30:00 [2]

Run along the waterfront. By the end my knee was a bit sore, but I think this is just from running 90 minutes, because an hour later it feels fine.

Strength 1:00:00 [2]

Tried to do a weight workout at the gym in the hotel. Was interesting considering they only had limited equipment. However I did pretty well considering.

2 days in the Montreal Office has basically killed all motivation I might have had for stuff. I'm waiting see if either the engineering team just implodes upon itself, or if we actually figure out how to work together. Man this is very discuraging....

Cycling 1:00:00 [2]

Well this was interesting. I'm in Montreal right now for work and realized I didn't bring the proper running clothes (i.e. something wind proof for the boyz) so I headed down to the in hotel gym to try and workout. Got on the trainer (one of those weird recumbent ones) and tried to do the interval routine. It wasn't too bad, except the machine shut off after 20 minutes. So I started the routine again, this time for 40 minutes. We'll just log this whole thing as a level 2 for an hour.
