Elliocotville Adventure Race with Simpy. Great race overall and Simpy and I worked really well together. Ended up 2nd overall.

Aubrey stayed overnight at camp so Kristen and I took advantage of a rare opportunity and went out for a road ride together. The first 50 minutes of the ride were really good. Road riding is one of the rare sports that we can do together where I don't feel like I'm just coasting and Kristen doesn't have that feeling of "I'm going to die" right from the start.

Coming back into town it started to rain a bit so I had Kristen lead because I had a flashing red LED on my bike and she didn't. Going through the round about I slid out and went down hard. Luckily no major damage to rider or bike. I think the people following us through the round about were more shocked then we were. Multiple people stopped to ask if they could help.

Little sore after that, but I'll heal. Probably will skip my run and yoga tomorrow though.
