Running race 2:31:00 [4]
Was supposed to run the Seaton Soaker today 50km. Was feeling pretty rough on the first loop, figure it's a combination of starting back into the training late last week and still not being fully recovered from the 50 miler 2 weeks before. Decided to stop after 1 loop and head home so I could take Aubrey to gymnastics.
Note to self I could have probably done a 3 hour training run, maybe even 4, but not a race like this. The whole idea of signing up for these races was to give myself forced training runs, but this was probably too close to the North Face race.
