The trails were in pretty good shape this morning. The snow has started to melt, but last night was cold enough that it was frozen again. Ran down past Bingeman's and home. Was also able to miss the rain.
Someone didn't get up for her class this morning (in fairness she went to bed around 11:30). So I got up to ride the trainer. A lighter ride to flush out the legs.
A good run after work. I waited until after work hoping that it would be the warmest time of the day. With the sun out it felt great outside in the woods. I ran into someone cross country skiing who asked if the trails weren't like running in sand. They were, hugh.
A very messy run this morning. The snow on the trail in some spots was like running on a beach with potholes in it. I baled twice to run the road around and avoid these sections on my way home.
